Malt Shop
The Malt Shop is our members only chat
room which is open 24 hours a day,
seven days a week!
Meet with a member
from across
the street or around the globe and enjoy
a "cup of conversation" without
trying to fit time zones and OPEN
hours into your plan!
Chat hostesses organize a regular schedule
of chat times when you'll always find
someone ready to chat and we also have Special Guest
Chats with your favorite designers and other folks who share their knowledge
and expertise with our members!

Chapel
Meeting the deeper needs of members in our community,
the Chapel offers a daily inspiration and scripture passage.
We also have a prayer request
bulletin board for posting special needs.
Another very special part of the Chapel
are our "Sunshine Sweethearts"...
thoughtful members who send cheerful
notes to members and family
members who are ill or grieving.
Our chapel is non-denominational and
all members are welcome to enjoy the quiet refuge
and place of encouragement.

Post Office
We are pleased to offer members a free
web-based email account with a personalized
YOU@toletown.com email address!
Simple log in and a variety of features
make the Post Office a great tool
for handling email without the need
for downloading it to your computer!
As an alternative you may choose to use
your custom email address with our
forwarding service which sends all
mail sent to your @toletown.com
address to your current email account!

Our Post Card Rack is a great way
to send a cheery "Hello" to a friend,

Town Hall
The "Town Hall" is the
"information hub" for site members.
Here members can attend town meetings,
read announcements, find FAQ's and general information,
view the current "Town Board",
Site Map and a list of the town's original
group of "founding fathers".
In addition we have a growing page
of Links and Online Resources
for members to enjoy!

Print Shop
Another little "bonus" that we bring
to members is the ezine CyberPalette.
A mix of member participation,
"reporter" contributions and projects
by both TT designers and "spotlight" artists,
it is always eagerly looked forward to
by our members!
The ezine contains full color projects, techniques,
book reviews, painting tips
and classified ads!
November 2004 begins leadership under
new CP Editor Susan Kelley and the
new quarterly publication calendar!

Art Supply
Our "Art Supply Shop" is a link to
Artist'sClub.com... we are an AC
affiliate and as such the site earns a %
of all sales purchased by both members
and nonmembers when folks use the
link here at ToleTown.
All moneys earned from the affiliate
program are placed in our Education Fund
which is used to bring guest teachers
into the site. Through this program
we are able to offer "seminars" with
travel teachers at free or reduced
prices for our members!
(All regular monthly classes are included
in the membership fee; classes with special
guest teachers are optional and the cost
varies from teacher to teacher.)

The Gallery
From beginners to advanced painters,
our members love the challenge
of The Gallery!
Here we post a new color photo
every month and members
are challenged to paint their
own interpretation of that photo
all on their own! No line drawings,
no instructions... just pure creativity!
Once painted we invite everyone
to send in a picture of the
finished project for display within
the Gallery Exhibit Hall!
It's fun to see the many different
directions that creativity can travel! |
Woodsmith
Our very own woodsmith offers a
multitude of surfaces, monthly specials
and great member-only offers!
The Woodsmith will even answer your
cutting or surface questions!
